My work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, not only in private practice
for thirty years but also in inpatient hospital and community family service settings, the work place, the court room and the military, has contributed
to the development of a depth of understanding of, experience with and
therapies addressing client’s medical and mental health needs.

MY CLINICAL EXPERIENCE:
INPATIENT CLINICAL PSYCHIATRIC EXPERIENCE:
I provided family crisis/brief treatment interventions to facilitate cognitive, behavioral and structural changes; assessment and interventions with dual diagnosed patients and families
in psychiatric and medical crisis; developed and facilitated family-of-origin groups for higher functioning adults and supportive of preventative care through the hospital’s Wellness Committee.
OUTPATIENT CLINICAL EXPERIENCE:
I have thirty years of experience and training with a wide range of interventions with families, couples and individuals from all educational, financial and social backgrounds. Treatment focus
has ranged from physical/psychiatric illness, anxiety, clinical depression and substance abuse
to marital and family problems, geriatric and parenting concerns and children with learning disabilities to work-related issues. Group facilitation focused on parenting, substance abuse, divorce and stress management.
MY CLINICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
